The Go Hardd Corporations, Inc.
The Go Hardd Corporations, Inc. was formed
in 2008 to merge the collaborated efforts of the former individual subsidiary companies into a group of corporations designed
to complement each other and unite the individual services of each subsidiary company under one roof for the benefit of the
brand. The Go Hardd Corporations, Inc. donates 10% of its net annual revenue to Go Hardd!!, a California 501(c)3 nonprofit
organization in support of its grants and scholarship fund for the Arts & Entertainment, and donates 10% of its net annual
revenue to Go Hardd Incorporated Consulting Services, a California 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that offers free legal,
tax, insurance, real estate, and business consultation services to qualifying individuals and small businesses.
Go Hardd!! (2009)– is a California 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that promotes
the Arts through entertainment, education, and community awareness for the enrichment of life, health, culture, and prosperity.
Go Hardd!! offers an internship program that teaches and trains at-risk youths, local high school students, and local college
students in industry-related majors in the areas of music/video/media production, music engineering, film/television production,
photography, and marketing & advertising.
As a staunch supporter of the visual, literary, and fine arts, Go Hardd!! awards grants to organizations and scholarships
to students who share our passion for artistic talent.
Go Hardd!! is also concerned with the environment and mankinds' contribution to keeping it safe and clean. Go Hardd!!
is Going Green is a recycling campaign that encourages communities to be resourceful and eco-friendly. Clean air,
alternative energy, and energy conservation are important to maintaining a healthy and resourceful environment.
In
addition, Go Hardd!! believes that the promotion of healthy eating and a healthy living environment, creates a conscientious
awareness that leads to healthier people and healthier communities. Go Hardd!! advocates for the distribution and eating
of organic foods, fruits, vegetables, and the drinking of alkaline water along with exercise, proper medical care, and alternative
medications to better the health of humans.
Because
funds disbursed are dependent upon grants and donations, Go Hardd!! encourages community contributions and volunteer services.

INC. aka G!! Inc. Studios (2016) - a California based production studio that utilizes the skills of well-educated and trained
local student interns to provide the following services to the public, artists, and industry companies: music recording, music/video/media
productions, live web broadcasting, photography, music engineering, rehearsal studio, marketing & advertising services, branding
& image consulting, and a full service filming and recording studio.
GO HARDD ENTERTAINMENT, MANAGEMENT, PRODUCTIONS & PROMOTIONS (2008) restructured (2016) formerly Go Hardd Entertainment (1997,
2002, 2006, 2009, 2015) - is a compilation of all of the divisions of The Go Hardd Corporations, Inc. that services the corporate
brand to the fullest.
ENTERTAINMENT Division - an independent record label that produces and promotes signed independent artists under its
management division. The entertainment division also produces films, documentaries, and television shows.
MANAGEMENT Division - prolific hands-on management of music performing artists, entertainers, DJs, models, authors, film
and screenwriters, songwriters, and music producers.
PRODUCTIONS & PROMOTIONS Division - In-house production company that produces and promotes The Indie Artists Music Showcase
& Expo, DJSpinacular, and GTVontheWeb that features live broadcasts of events and artist features, as well as, a podcast channel.
Small venues, local concerts and events (under 5,000 attendees per event day) are directly produced and promoted by our in-house
production company.
GO HARDD PUBLISHING - handles the copywriting of intellectual properties, its licensure, and the publishing of released works
produced by the record label and artists under our management.
GO HARDD INTERNATIONAL - Produces, promotes, markets, and advertises large venues, concerts, and tours within the U.S., Canada,
and overseas in collaboration with nationally and internationally known production companies. Venue attendance minimum is
10,000 attendees per event slot.
GO HARDD INVESTMENTS - Pool of private investors who fund corporate projects and a portfolio of asset investments.
